UDSU's 21st Birthday. A massive party with Amelia Lily and Zane Lowe!
| On Friday 3rd May we will be holding a special Summer Ball to celebrate our 21st Birthday! The headline acts will be: Zane Lowe and Amelia Lily There will also be support from Matrix & Futurebound, Fleur, Charlotte Carpenter, Mukky Duck and more performing on the night. As it’s our 21st Birthday we have gone all out and there will be stilt walkers, fire eaters and a big BBQ outside on the decking! With much, much, more still to be confirmed... There will also be an after party in walkabout from 3.00am until 6.00am where there will be a survivors photo for those students partying hard until 6.00am! d:one RAG Week 24 Hour Broadcast!
In the spirit of RAG week, d:one will be presenting for 24 hours straight from Tuesday morning at 9am, through to Wednesday morning at 9am!
Come and support our presenters at your University of Derby's Kedleston Road campus, as they fight their urges to sleep in favour of presenting to entertain you for charity!
UDSU Elections - We are broadcasting the Q&A LIVE from 7pm on Wednesday, Join Adam and Jack on air from 5pm for a Pre-Results build-up!
d:one will have full access to all of the candidates for this years UDSU elections. We will be broadcasting each question and answer session taking place, and the results night.
d:one presents...refreshers!
Your student radio station is holding an event live in the Academy bar, giving all students the chance to meet and get to know their Officer Trustees and d:one presenters. The night will have games which include your Officers, and there will be a chance to win a signed Tulisa autobiography, Derby County football tickets along with other fantastic prizes. There will be special performances throughout the night from your very own Musicians Society and DJ & Mix Society! £1 entry and all proceeds for this event will go to RAG (Raise and Give). Tickets are available on the door or at our Refreshers Fair stand (which takes place on Monday 21st January 2013). This is a student only event, valid student cards will need to be presented on entry. |
